The World Poker Tour (WPT) is a series of international poker tournaments featuring most of the world's professional players. It was started in the United States by attorney/television producer Steven Lipscomb, who now serves as CEO of WPT Enterprises (WPTE), the firm that controlled the World Poker Tour up to November 2009. In 2008, the WPT started offering bracelets to its event champions. Players who won a title prior to the release of the bracelet, were given one retroactively.In November 2009, PartyGaming announced its acquisition of the World Poker Tour from WPTE for $12,300,000.[1].

@XvxGOODMUSICxvX you should really learn poker first (see my first comment before this). on top of that, AJ all in would be a strong play because he could see himself with a broadway straight and its also easy for an Ace or a Jack? to be top pair on a board. The possibilities are high that he would have had an amazing hand post-flop, how was he supposed to know he was dominated?

how are you all gonna criticize someone for going all in with pocket 5s and pocket 8s? the likelyhood of someone else getting? a pocket pair are very low. For example, Aces are as likely as 220 to 1. Plus, the pocket 5s all in took a player with A/10 out of the pot, he just ran into pocket Js, which is as likely as 1.8%.

by the way: moritz kranich is the only player who won an ept- and a wpt-titel! and he is only playing when he wants as he for example avoids the wsop except the main event. he? also never plays cashgame and is online on pokerstars only for the sunday-tournaments (more than 1.000.000$ winnings already while only playing tournaments!). he said in an interview that a regular family life with his wife is more important to him than playing too much poker.

@XvxGOODMUSICxvX the 88 wasn't expecting a call but if they did call he was likely to be ahead. Also the 55 he was shortstacked and it was the only descent hand he saw so he pushed with it. No problem with either play, learn the game and also learn that they aren't playing for? 40 minutes then the final table is over, they could have been playing hours up until both these situations
